摘 要:以海藻酸钠(Sodium alginate,SA)为骨架,结合Ce(Ⅲ)和磁性Fe3O4制得一种新型的磁性海藻酸铈复合凝胶球(Fe3O4@SA/Ce),用XRD、SEM及FT-IR进行了表征,并以直接桃红12B(DirectRed12B,DR12B)染料为吸附对象,探究了不同制备条件对复合凝胶球吸附性能的影响。结果表明,当SA和Ce(NO3)3溶液浓度均为35g/L,Fe3O4添加量为3g/L时25℃下制备出的黑褐色复合凝胶球颗粒大小均匀,表面光滑具有顺磁性。进一步探究吸附条件对吸附性能的影响,结果发现,在25℃下,Fe3O4@SA/Ce投加量为0.1g,接触时间为120min时,对自然酸度的DR12B吸附效果最佳,吸附量可达469.32mg/g。通过表征发现,经过与铈交联后的Fe3O4@SA/Ce表面形貌发生了显著变化,作为一种高效环保、制备工艺简单、廉价的高分子凝胶球吸附剂,能用于处理高浓度的直接染料废水,具有潜在的应用价值。A new magnetic cerium alginate composite gel ball(Fe3O4@SA/Ce)was prepared by using sodium alginate(Sodium alginate,SA)as skeleton,Ce(Ⅲ)and magnetic Fe3O4.It was characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The effects of different preparation conditions on the adsorption properties of the composite gel spheres were investigated by using the direct peach red 12B dye as the adsorption object.The results show that when the concentrations of SA and Ce(NO3)3 are both 35 g/L and Fe3O4 dosage is 3 g/L,the size of the black brown composite gel spheres prepared at 25℃is uniform and the surface is smooth and paramagnetic.The effects of adsorption conditions on adsorption properties were further investigated.It was found that when the dosage of Fe3O4@SA/Ce was 0.1g and the contact time was 120 min,the adsorption effect of natural acidity DR 12B was the best,and the adsorption capacity was 469.32 mg/g at 298 K.It was found that the surface morphology of Fe3O4@SA/Ce crosslinked with Ce(Ⅲ)changed significantly,and it was a kind of high efficiency,environmental protection,simple preparation process and cheap polymer gel ball adsorbent.It can be used in the treatment of high concentration direct dye wastewater and has potential application value.
