摘  要:通过单因素实验,以氯化镧为媒染剂,采用橘皮色素对棉织物进行染色,探讨分析了染色方法、媒染剂用量、媒染时间等不同因素对染色效果的影响,并通过正交设计实验确定了最佳染色工艺。结果表明,以氯化镧做媒染剂时,采用预媒法染色效果最好。最佳染色工艺条件为:氯化镧用量3%(owf),浴比1∶50,媒染温度50℃,媒染时间50min,然后以1℃/min缓慢升温至90℃,浴比1∶40,染色时间70min。染色后织物色牢度都达到纺织品服装服用性能要求,可实现纺织品的绿色开发。With the characteristic of low toxicity,high efficiency and safety,it is possible for rare earth to take place of heavy metal mordant in textile dyeing process with natural dyer.Through single factor experiment,the effects of mordant dyeing methods,dosage of mordant and dyeing time on cotton fabric with lanthanum chloride as mordant were researched.The optimum dyeing process was determined by orthogonal design.The optimal dyeing process is as follows:the amount of mordant lanthanum chloride is 3%(owf),bath ratio is 1∶50,and mordant dyeing is carried out at 50℃for 50 min,and then the temperature is slowly increased to 90℃with the velocity of 1℃/min,3%(owf)of the orange peel pigment is added to the solution with liquor ratio 1∶40,and dyeing phase lasts for 70 min.The fabric fastness meets the requirements of textile clothing,and it can realize the green development of textiles.
