知识服务产业发展背景下图书情报专业学生就业前景探析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】随着传统知识生产机构的知识服务转型以及新兴互联网知识服务业态的兴起,图书情报专业毕业生面临新的机遇与挑战,图书情报教育机构如何顺势而为优化人才培养方向、提高人才培养质量,是当下紧迫的问题。【方法/过程】本文以知识服务产业发展为背景,全面梳理了当前知识服务产业结构,分析了知识服务产业发展的人才需求及图书情报专业毕业生的就业优势和发展机遇。【结果/结论】在当前的知识服务产业发展形势下,图书情报教育机构面临广阔的发展空间,同时也应扩宽思路、优化培养体系,在服务知识服务产业发展中不断发挥更大的作用。【Purpose/significance】With the transformation of knowledge service in traditional knowledge production institutions and the rise of new Internet knowledge service, Library and Information Science students are facing new opportunities and challenges. How to optimize the direction of personnel training and improve the quality of personnel training in library and information education institutions is an urgent problem at present.[【Method/process]】From the perspective of the development and change of knowledge service industry, this paper combs the structure of knowledge service industry in an all-round way, and analyzes the talent demand of knowledge service industry and its opportunities for library and information education institutions and graduates.【Result/conclusion】The author thinks that under the new situation of the development of knowledge service industry, the development of library and information education is facing a very broad space for development. At the same time, we should broaden our thinking and optimize the education system to play a greater role in serving the development of economic and social industries.
