高校毕业生空间流动的影响因素及其信息化治理——基于吉林省J校学生的实证分析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】从毕业生空间流动与人力资本的合理配置角度反思了高校就业信息服务工作的缺失与不足,通过实证分析,系统探讨影响毕业生空间流动期望与行为的主要因素,并围绕关键因素构建了完善高校就业信息服务的治理对策。【方法/过程】定义和构建影响毕业生空间流动期望与选择的理论模型,运用实证调查数据,运用多重计量模型分析检验主客观特质与外部结构性因素的影响效应。【结果/结论】主观心理特质在空间流动期望和选择中主要扮演调节作用,客观特质影响效应不明显,外部结构性因素扮演决定性作用。在政府和社会支持下,高校管理者应该树立和强化学生就业服务意识,提高就业管理信息化服务的水平和能力,建立跨高校的联网信息管理系统,实现就业信息的区域性共享。【Purpose/significance】Regarding the lack and deficiency of employment information service in universities from the perspective of the spatial flow of graduates and the rational distribution of human capital, this paper uses empirical methods, systematically explores the key factors involving the expectations and behaviors of graduates' spatial mobility.Based on the key factors, this paper raises some resolutions for improving the employment information service of universities.【Method/process】This paper defines and constructs theoretical models to interprete how key factors influnce the expectations and choices of graduates' spatial mobility, with empirical data as well as multiple econometric models to examine the effects of subjective and objective traits of guraduates and external structural factors.【Result/conclusion】Subjective psychological traits of graduates and undergraduates play a crucial role in the regulation and selection of spatial mobility. While the effects of objective traits are not obvious, the external structural factors feature decisively. With the support of the government and the society, managers of univerity should establish and strengthen students' awareness of employment services, improve the level and ability of employment management information services. Besides that, to establish a networked information management system across universities for sharing of employment information is more fundamental.
