摘　　要：【目的/意义】融媒体环境下,公共危机事件极易在“两微一端”迅速传播,引起网民广泛关注、讨论、传播,在极短时间以裂变的速度造成不良的社会影响,研究公共危机事件的网络传播治理策略效果,最小化传播的负面影响对舆情管理部门具有重要参考价值。【方法/过程】基于此,文章以不同治理策略下网络传播效果为研究对象,构建了系统动力学模型,通过模型仿真对比研究了两种代表性治理策略--信息隔离、信息公开两种策略的网络传播效果。【结果/结论】仿真结果表明:提早信息公开时间,提高信息公开程度能有效提高网络传播效果;信息隔离策略强度不是越高越好;研究可为舆情管理部门制定网络舆论引导和治理策略提供参考。【Purpose/significance】Under the media integration environment, public crisis events are easily spread at the Microblog, Wechat and Website client, causing widespread concern, discussion and dissemination among netizens, causing adverse social impacts at a rapid rate of fission in a very short period of time. Therefore, study on the effect of network communication governance strategy of public crisis event to minimize the negative impact of communication has important reference value for public opinion management departments.【Method/process】Based on this, the article takes the network communication effect under different governance strategies as the research object, constructs the system dynamics model, and compares the effect of network communication of two representative governance strategies through model simulation-information isolation and information disclosure.【Result/conclusion】The simulation results show that early information disclosure time and improved information disclosure can effectively improve the effect of network communication, due to the spillover effect of public opinion, the effect of information isolation intensity is not the higher the better, the research can provide a reference for public opinion management departments to develop network public opinion guidance and governance strategies.
