摘　　要：目的探讨一体化护理在氧化樟脑注射液治疗心力衰竭患者中的应用效果.方法采用便利抽样法,选取吉林大学中日联谊医院心内科2016年12月-2017年12月采用氧化樟脑注射液治疗的160例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字生成法将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各80例.对照组予以常规护理,试验组开展一体化护理,对比两组患者干预前后改良欧洲心力衰竭自我护理行为量表(EHFSCB)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)得分情况.结果干预后试验组EHFSCB、MLHFQ得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将一体化护理应用于使用氧化樟脑注射液心力衰竭患者中可提高其自我护理能力与生活质量.Objective To explore the effects of integrated nursing in heart failure patients with Vitacamphorae injection.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,we selected 160 heart failure patients with Vitacamphorae injection of Cardiovascular Department in Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University as subjects by convenience sampling.All of the patients were divided into control group and experimental group with the random numbers,80 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,while experimental group carried out integrated nursing.We compared the scores of European Heart Failure Self Care Behavior Scale(EHFSCB)and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of EHFSCB and MLHFQ of experimental group were lower than those of control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of integrated nursing in heart failure patients with Vitacamphorae injection can improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
