摘　　要：对高炉炉缸陶瓷杯结构及其特征进行了简要分析,结合国内外高炉陶瓷杯典型案例,重点分析了独立式陶瓷杯结构与嵌入式陶瓷杯结构对高炉炉缸寿命的影响。大量的实践证明,高炉炉缸采用独立式陶瓷杯结构,不论陶瓷杯材质如何,都难以长寿,一般在7年以下。在相同条件下,与独立式陶瓷杯结构相比,嵌入式陶瓷杯结构可以使高炉炉缸更加安全和长寿。The paper analyzes briefly the structure and characteristics of BF hearth ceramic cups, especially the influence of free-standing ceramic cup and embedded ceramic cup on the BF hearth life based on their typical application cases home and abroad. Numerous practical applications have proved that the service life of BF hearths installed with free-standing ceramic cups, regardless of the cup material, is not long, normally less than 7 years. Comparatively, embedded ceramic cups will enable BF hearth surviving longer in a more safety way under the same conditions.
