摘  要:采用两种不同极性的色谱柱,分离了中国产区(银谷型)大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰精油中香气物质150种,得到鉴定的物质有103种;分离保加利亚产区大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰精油中香气物质170种,得到鉴定的物质有111种。试验发现,香茅醇、香叶醇与橙花醇是保加利亚型和银谷型玫瑰精油的重要香气成分,它们之间的相对质量分数比例基本趋于一致,保加利亚型是1∶0.74∶0.39,银谷型是1∶0.75∶0.41。推断这三种香气成分可能是大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰品种的遗传基因所控制的重要次级代谢产物,具有表达的稳定性,受环境的影响较小,其量比关系在一个较窄的比例范围内。分析表明,两种不同产区的大马士革玫瑰因为受到生长环境的影响,其少部分代谢产物由于植物在逆境胁迫下的代谢调节机制发生改变,这些改变可能导致不同类型大马士革玫瑰精油所表现出的香韵差异。Two different polarity chromatographic columns were used to isolate 150 kinds of aroma components in the essential oil of Rosa×damascena trigintipetala produced in China(Yingu type),and 103 kinds among them were identified;170 kinds of aroma components in the essential oil of Rosa×damascena trigintipetala produced in Bulgaria,and 111 kinds among them have been identified.Results showed that citronellol,geraniol and nerol were important aroma characteristics in Bulgarian type and Yingu type,and their proportions were basically consistent,respectively 1/0.74/0.39 for Bulgarian type and 1/0.75/0.41 for Yingu type.It can be inferred that these three components may be important secondary metabolites controlled by the genes of the Rosa×damascena trigintipetala,which have a stable expression,they are less affected by the environment,and their proportions are within a narrow scale.Due to the influence of growing environment of two different producing areas of essential oil of Rosa×damascena trigintipetala,a few metabolites have been changed because of the metabolic regulation mechanism of plants under the abiotic stresses.These changes may lead to different aroma note of essential oil of Rosa×damascena trigintipetala in different types.
