摘 要:为了解决大量低浓度煤矿瓦斯无法直接燃烧利用的问题,搭建了氧化铝泡沫陶瓷低浓度瓦斯催化燃烧试验台,研究了低浓度瓦斯在氧化铝泡沫陶瓷中催化燃烧的温度分布及污染物排放规律,探究了催化剂对氧化铝泡沫陶瓷中低浓度瓦斯燃烧特性的影响。结果表明:在相同当量比和相同流速下,催化剂的引入提高了泡沫陶瓷燃烧室的整体温度,降低了CO的排放,扩大了瓦斯的可燃范围,但提高了NO的排放;此外,不管泡沫陶瓷有没有附着催化剂,在相同流速下,都存在着随当量比增加CO排放降低、NO排放增加的规律。The present article is inclined to solve the combustion utilization problem of the low concentrated coal mining gas by setting up the alumina foam ceramics catalytic combustion bench according to the combustion mechanism of the monolithic catalyst.The process of the above mentioned research scale has to include the temperature distribution and the pollutant emission of the catalytic combustion in the foam ceramics.Besides,in the experiment,the combustion mixture has to be made up of the gas and air in the due proportion by choosing the supported catalysts with the foamed ceramics as carrier,Pd as the active component and Y2O3 as the active coating.And,then,comparing the combustion experiments of A and B at the same gas concentration rate,we have found that the introduction of the catalyst into the experiment has obviously improved the overall temperature of the ceramic foam combustion chamber.The mixture can thus be found burning stably at the 0.45 equivalent ratio in a foamed ceramic under the support of Pd catalyst.What is more,under the same condition,when the low-concentrated gas is burned in the ceramic foam carrier supported by the catalyst,the CO emission rate has been found remarkably lower than that in the combustion of the ordinary ceramic foam.And,in so doing,the CO emission volume fraction of the catalytic combustion in the foamed ceramics at 0.45 equivalent ratio of gas concentration turns out to be lower than 3×10^-4.But,in comparison,when the gas equivalent ratio has gone up to 0.65,the CO emission volume fraction of the foam ceramic B may come to drop below 3×10^-5.Nevertheless,the CO emission volume fraction of the non-catalytic combustion of the foam ceramics can be made higher than 7×10^-4 at 0.45 equivalent ratio,that is,even under the stable combustion condition with an equivalent ratio being of 0.6,while the CO emission volume fraction being even close to 10^-4.Therefore,the experiment results have made us realize that the emission regularity of NOxtends to go just opposite to that of CO.
