摘 要:以CRH6高速列车为研究主体,采用理论分析和数值模拟2种方法,对CRH6高速列车火灾时的热释放速率进行研究,并探讨旅客人均携带行李的重量和车窗的开闭状态对列车车厢内火灾热释放速率的影响。结果表明,高速列车二等车厢超员情况下,人均携带行李的重量对火灾时热释放速率的计算值有很大影响。当车窗破裂温度控制在400℃、人均携带行李不超过7.5 kg时,车厢火灾热释放速率的数值模拟结果为3 MW;当车窗在200 s设置全部破裂、旅客携带行李超过10 kg时,利用FDS模拟出的车厢内火灾热释放速率可达20 MW以上。This paper intends to conduct a systematic study and analysis of the fire heat release rate of CRH6 express train both from the points of view of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.For this purpose,we have calculated the influential factors of the fire heat release rate in the train carriages with firedynamics simulator software by transforming the per-capita baggage weight and the window breakage condition,by which we have gained some results through a comparative analysis of the multiple sets of the numerical simulation.For example,when the windows broke at 400°C,no significant variation was observed in fire heat release rate.And,suppose that the weight of each passenger's baggage tends to increase from 5 kg to 10 kg,the maximum heat release rate may increase about 3 MW.And,suppose that 200 seconds is set as the critical time for windows breakage,the baggage weight per capita would increase from 5 kg to 10 kg,the fire burning and thermos release rate would increase from 3 MW to 20 MW.And,if so,the results would be that the maximum heat release rate of the train fire remains to be able to be controlled by per capita baggage weight and windowbreaking liability.The thermos generated by the fire in the carriage remains insufficient to ignite the adjacent combustibles in case that there remains less luggage in the carriage train,together with the poor carriage ventilation,though the oxygen supply required for the fire combustion remains limited to affect the combustion efficiency.However,if each passenger carries his or her luggage over 10 kg,the maximum heat release rate of the fire in the carriage would reach 20 MW due to the fine ventilation condition in the carriage.In that case,according to the conclusions we have gained,the maximum heat release rate of the fire combustion can be reached to 20 MW in the research of the tunnel fire safety,which can provide a reference to determine the train fire scale in the railway tunnel for the express train to pass through.
