摘　　要：文章阐述了在化工设备制造过程中接管规格代用问题,用大直径厚壁管经过工艺加工代替非标无缝薄壁管。重点从被代用接管展开长确定、成形、焊接、无损检测、机加工艺流程完成设计图纸规定套管规格的加工,为非标管材规格代用提供了新思路、新方法。而且充分利用公司现有资源,节约了制造经济成本,解决生产难题。This article expounds the problem of taking over the specification in the process of chemical equipment manufacturing, and replaces the non-standard seamless thin-walled tube with large-diameter thickwalled tubes. Focus on the processing of casing specifications specified by the design drawings, including the long-term determination, forming, welding, non-destructive testing, and machining processes. This provides new ideas and new methods for the use of non-standard pipes. And make full use of the existing resources of the company, save the cost of manufacturing economy, and solve the problem of production.
