摘 要:本文通过对智能水电厂调速系统硬件平台及软件系统的设计讨论,结合当前行业标准要求和技术发展趋势,搭建了智能水电厂调速系统的硬件平台,给出了全网络化信号采集和数字化传输的控制方案。软件功能方面,则提出了基于层析分析法的调速系统状态监测、健康评价方法,提出了基于故障树法的调速系统故障诊断及预警架构,并给出了具体图例说明。本文为智能水电厂调速系统的设计进行了有益探索,可供将来智能水电厂的整体建设提供一定参考。Through the design and discussion of the hardware platform and software system of the intelligent hydropower plant governing system, combined with the current industry standard requirements and technology development trends, the hardware platform of the intelligent hydropower plant governing system is built, and the control scheme of full network signal acquisition and digital transmission is given. In terms of software function, the condition monitoring and health evaluation method of governing system based on analysis hierarchy process is proposed. The fault diagnosis and early warning architecture of governing system based on fault tree method is proposed, and a detailed illustration is given. This paper makes a beneficial exploration for the design of the governing system of the intelligent hydropower plant, which can be used as a reference for the overall construction of the intelligent hydropower plant in the future.
