摘 要:内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站钢岔管通过焊接残余应力对比试验、水压试验应力测试、水压试验变形监测及声发射监测等试验,验证了钢岔管焊缝接头承受极端荷载的能力,也印证了呼蓄电站钢岔管的设计、选材、制造及水压试验的参数选择是正确合理的,利用水压试验可以有效地钝化结构焊接和冷加工残余应力、安装应力,其成果可为工程应用及国内外同类型电站钢岔管的水压试验有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The steel pipe of the Hohhot pumped storage power station in Inner Mongolia passed the welding residual stress comparison test, the hydrostatic test stress test, the hydrostatic test deformation monitoring and the acoustic emission monitoring and other tests to verify the ability of the steel braze pipe weld joint to withstand extreme loads. The parameters of the design, material selection, manufacture and hydrostatic pressure test of the steel pipe in Hohhot pumped storage power station are correct and reasonable. The use of the hydrostatic test can effectively passivate the residual stress and installation stress of structural welding and cold working. The results can be applied to the project. The hydrostatic pressure test of the steel pipe of the same type at home and abroad has some guidance and reference significance.
