摘  要:目的:探究结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测在诊断肺结核中的应用价值.方法:从山东省东营市河口区中医院2014年12月至2017年12月接诊的肺结核患者中选取90例患者作为研究对象.对本组患者均进行结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测和痰液细菌涂片检查.然后比较用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测与痰液细菌涂片检查诊断本组患者所患肺结核的准确率.结果:进行结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测的结果显示,本组患者中有59例患者患有肺结核.进行痰液细菌涂片检查的结果显示,本组患者中有30例患者患有肺结核.用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测诊断本组患者所患肺结核的准确率为65.56%(59/90),用痰液细菌涂片检查诊断本组患者所患肺结核的准确率为33.33%(30/90).与采用痰液细菌涂片检查相比,用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测诊断本组患者所患肺结核的准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测在诊断肺结核中的应用价值较高.objective: to explore the application value of mycobacterium tuberculosis protein chip detection in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods: 90 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to hekou district hospital of dongying city, shandong province from December 2014 to December 2017 were selected as research objects. All patients in this group were tested by mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray and smears of sputum bacteria. The accuracy of mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray and sputum bacterial smear were compared. Results: the results of mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray showed that 59 patients in this group had tuberculosis. Smears of sputum bacteria revealed pulmonary tuberculosis in 30 patients in this group. The accuracy of mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray was 65.56%(59/90), and the accuracy of sputum bacterial smear was 33.33%(30/90). Compared with sputum bacterial smear examination, mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray was more accurate in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in this group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: mycobacterium tuberculosis protein microarray has high value in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
