摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,中医药治疗本病存在一定优势。本文从氧化应激、炎症反应、微血管病变、神经营养障碍和脂代谢异常5方面综述了近5年来中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制研究进展,为后续课题的开展提供借鉴。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages for its treatment. This paper reviews the progress of the mechanism of TCM for peripheral neuropathy of diabetes in the past five years, The studies shows that TCM may work from five aspects including oxidative stress, inflammatory response, microvascular dysfunction, neurotrophic disorder and lipid metabolic abnormality.
