摘 要:临南洼陷低渗透砂岩储层经工艺改造后油水井酸化解堵无效或不理想,返排出来的酸液较难处理,可能会造成环境污染。以组成油层架构的岩石矿物研究为基础,研发溶除黏土矿物和胶结物的特种酸,配套超分子耐高温缓蚀剂及不返排工艺设计,并兼顾溶蚀外部机械杂质,为临南洼陷南部的油井解堵提供了切实有效的无返排酸化工艺技术方案。现场应用表明,选择超分子缓蚀阻垢剂,在金属表面形成优于纳米膜的超分子膜,缓蚀和阻垢的效果接近100%。After process modification,the application of acidification and plug removal technique of oil and water wells in low permeability sandstone reservoirs is invalid or not ideal,the flew out acid is difficult to treat and may cause environmental pollution.Based on the study of the rock minerals that make up the oil layer framework,the special acid of dissolving clay minerals and cement was developed.By considering the corrosion of external mechanical impurities,a matched supramolecular high temperature corrosion inhibitor and non-flow back process design was also developed,which provided a practical and effective non-flowback acidizing process for oil wells in the south of Linnan sub-sag.The field application indicates that supramolecular corrosion and scale inhibitor is selected to form a supramolecular film which is superior to Nano film on the metal surface,and the effect of corrosion and scale inhibition is close to 100%.
