摘 要:水稻纹枯病的病原菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kǜhn)。用10株弱毒丝核菌提前接种水稻后,再接种纹枯病病原菌,观察其发病症状,并用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法研究了接种不同处理后的水稻9个抗性基因表达情况,筛选出参与水稻纹枯病抗病过程的基因和能使水稻提前获得系统抗性的弱毒丝核菌菌株。结果显示,参与水稻诱导抗性的抗性基因主要为PR10a、ORK10、NAC4、WRKY53、WRKY71。大部分弱毒双核丝核菌能诱导水稻抗性基因表达,诱导效果最好的弱毒丝核菌菌株是②BS-J-06-8-1、④chd-YT-3-5和⑨DL-YT-06-4-9。The pathogen of rice sheath blight is Rhizoctonia solani Kǜhn. In this study, 10 strains of attenuated R. solani were inoculated with rice in advance. And the pathogen was inoculated and the symptoms were observed. The expression of 9 resistance genes in rice treated with different treatments was studied with RT-PCR, and screening was carried out for the genes involved in resistance process of rice sheath blight and the strains of R. solani which can obtain the system resistance in advance. The results showed that the main-involved genes were PR10 a, ORK10, NAC4, WRKY53 and WRKY71. Most of the attenuated R. solani can induce the expression of rice resistance genes, and the strains with the best induction effect were:②BS-J-06-8-1,④chd-YT-3-5 and ⑨DL-YT-06-4-9.
