摘  要:以从焦炉煤气中回收粗苯为研究对象,在分析相关粗苯回收理论的基础上,对洗苯和脱苯的工艺进行探讨,并最终确定采用焦油洗油吸收工艺实现洗苯操作、采用管式炉加热蒸馏的方式实现脱苯操作。最后,对洗苯和脱苯操作的洗苯塔和管式炉选择的注意事项及原则进行概述,为实际生产中提升粗苯回收率奠定基础。Taking the recovery of crude benzene from coke oven gas as the research object, based on the analysis of the related theory of crude benzene recovery, the process of benzene washing and benzene removal was discussed, and finally it was determined that benzene washing operation could be realized by tar oil washing absorption process and benzene removal operation could be realized by heating distillation in tubular furnace. Finally, the matters needing attention and principles for selecting benzol scrubber and tubular furnace for benzol washing and benzol removal operation were summarized, which laid a foundation for improving the recovery rate of crude benzol in actual production.
