摘  要:为解决传统船舶配件锻造工厂中工单系统无法自动化管理、设备参数无法实时采集、生产设备之间关联难度大等问题,提出结合KingSCADA与西门子S7-300构建组态监控系统的方案。该系统实现了在监控中心向各个生产单元自动派发工单与配方、设备运行参数的实时采集与存储、生产过程的自动化控制。In order to solve problems of non-automatic management of work order system, equipment parameters being unable to be colletcted in real time and difficult correlation between equipments in traditional ship accessory forging factories, a scheme of contructing a configuration monitoring system based on KingSCADA and Siemens S7-300 is proposed. The system realizes automatic dispatching of work orders and formulas to various prudction units through the monitoring center, real-time collection and storage of equipment operating parameters, and automatic control of production process.
