摘　　要：文章介绍了安全DNC系统及其网络架构,分析了系统各个模块的功能、安全部署情况,以及与其它管理系统的集成,并对该系统进行测试与验证。结果表明,该系统实现了工控网和管理网之间的安全隔离和数据实时交互,并实现了设备运行状态和加工信息的远程监测,显著提高了生产管理的信息化水平以及关键设备的综合运行效能,实现了对车间设备的可视化、智能化管控。This paper introduces the security DNC system and its network architecture, analyzes the functions and security deployment of each module of the system and its integration with other management systems, and tests and verifies the system. The results show that the system realizes the security isolation and real-time data interaction between the industrial control network and the management network, and implements the remote monitoring of equipment operation status and processing information, which significantly improves the informationization level of production management and the comprehensive operation efficiency of key equipment, and realizes the visualization and intelligent management and control of workshop equipment.
