摘  要:[目的]筛选可与枯草芽孢杆菌Yz菌株联用的化学药剂及复配比例,以提高枯草芽孢杆菌Yz菌株对棉花立枯病的防治效果。[方法]采用稀释平板计数法,测定Yz菌株发酵原粉中活菌数,比较不同化学药剂与Yz菌的生物相容性;采用盆栽试验,测定复配种衣剂对棉花立枯病的防效以及对棉花种子发芽率的影响。[结果]甲基托布津、扑海因、百菌清、多菌灵对Yz菌芽孢活性具有保护作用,活芽孢下降率分别为39.70%、39.99%、46.33%、50.42%,显著低于对照;多抗霉素和代森锰锌对Yz菌芽孢活性无影响,活芽孢下降率与对照无显著差异;可用来与Yz丸化种衣剂进行复配。盆栽试验表明,Yz丸化种衣剂与代森锰锌、多菌灵、甲基托布津复配后,棉花种子发芽率较高,为85.00%~94.98%,对棉花立枯病的防效也提高,为63.99%~71.37%。其中,甲基托布津以0.3%和0.5%的比例与Yz丸化种衣剂混配效果最好,防效分别为74.42%、76.58%。[结论]甲基托布津与Yz丸化种衣剂复配效果较好,以0.3%比例复配最佳。[Objective]To improve the control effect of the fermentation powder of Bacillus subtilis Yz strain on cotton damping-off by screening out pesticide and ratio combined with bacillus subtilis Yz strain.[Method] The number of viable bacteria in fermentation powder of Yz strain was determined by dilution plate counting method to determine the biocompatibility of pesticide and Yz.Pot experiments was conducted to determine the effect of compound seed coating agent on cotton damping-off and germination rate of cotton seeds.[Result] The include thiophanate-methyl,iprodione,chlorothalonil,carbendazim had protective effects on the spore activity of Yz bacteria,and the reduction rate of live spore was 39.70%,39.99%,46.33% and 50.42%,respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.Polyoxin and mancozeb had no effect on the spore activity of Yz bacteria,and the reduction rate of live spore was not significantly different from that of the control group.The pesticides stated above can be used to compound with Yz seed coating agent.Pot experiments showed that when pelleting seed-coating agent of Yz was compound with mancozeb,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,the cotton had higher germination rate (85.00% to 94.98%) and lower incidence of cotton damping-off (the control effect was 63.99% to 71.37%).In addition,the mixtures of thiophanate-methyl and Yz pelleting seed-coating agent with the ratio of 0.3% and 0.5% had the best control effect,which was 74.42% and 76.58%,respectively.[Conclusion] The mixture of thiophanate-methyl and Yz pelleting seed-coating agent had the most obvious effect,and the best compound proportion was 0.3%.
