摘　　要：深入分析辽宁大健康产业集群发展现状与瓶颈,并基于波特的钻石理论模型,对辽宁大健康产业集群竞争力因素进行深入探讨,提出强化政府战略把握和政策引导的首要地位;重视培育大健康产业集群中大企业品牌效应;完善公共平台服务模式,积极培育大健康集群创新力;构建价值链生态体系,推进辽宁大健康产业集群可持续发展等对策建议,以期为辽宁经济再腾飞注入新动力。Through in-depth analysis of the development status and bottlenecks of Liaoning big health industrial clusters,and based on Porter's diamond theory model,this paper makes in-depth discussion on the competitiveness factors of Liaoning big health industrial clusters,and puts forward the primary position of strengthening the government's strategic grasp and policy guidance. Attach importance to cultivate the brand effect of large and medium-sized enterprises in big health industrial clusters. Improves the public platform service model and actively cultivates innovation power of big health industrial clusters. Construct the value chain ecological system and the promote the sustainable development of Liaoning big healthy industrial clusters,so as to inject new impetus for Liaoning's economic re-take-off.
