摘　　要：从国内安宁疗护现状出发,指出建立癌症患者家属培训机构的必要性、可行性;从家庭照顾的基础护理知识、与患者疾病相关的知识和心理方面分析癌症患者家属的需求;根据癌症患者家属的需求,借鉴国内外累积的经验,从政府、医院和家属个人层面提出对策,旨在为构建符合社会需求的癌症患者家属培训机构提供参考。It starts from the status quo of domestic hospice care,to point out the necessity and feasibility of establishing training agency for cancer patient's family. Analyze the requirements of cancer patient's family from basic nursing knowledge of family care and knowledge and psychological aspects related to the disease of the patients. According to the requirements of cancer patient's family,use accumulated experience at home and aboard,put forward countermeasures form lay of government,hospital and family individual,so as to provide reference for building training agency for cancer patient's family which is conform to the requirements of society.
