摘 要:[目的]比较沪陕两地传染病信息共享的程度,分析其与传染病发病率间的相关性。[方法]系统收集2000-2017年沪陕两地利用传染病信息系统发布的相关信息,运用Spearman相关及线性回归分析信息共享程度与传染病发病率间的关系。[结果]2000-2017年,上海市信息共享程度由26.7%提升至58.2%,陕西省则从0提升到32.4%;沪陕两地的信息共享程度与传染病发病率间均呈现显著负相关关系(P<0.001),对传染病发病率变化的解释程度分别为80.8%和20.3%。[结论]沪陕两地的传染病信息共享程度均在逐步提升,信息共享所发挥的作用已初步体现;沪陕两地仍需加强卫生信息共享平台的建设,进一步提升信息共享水平,促进信息在政府、相关部门、专业机构和其他组织间的跨部门交流共享。Objective To compare the degree of information sharing in prevention and control system of infectious diseases in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and analyze the correlation between the degree of information sharing and the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods The related information report which was released by the infectious disease information system from 2000 to 2017 in Shanghai and Shaanxi were systematically collected,and Spearman correlation and linear-regression were used to analyze the relationship between the degree of information sharing and incidence of infectious disease. Results From 2000 to 2017,the degree of information sharing in Shanghai increased from 26.7% to 58.2%,and that in Shaanxi increased from 0 to 32.4%. There was significant negative correlation between the degree of information sharing and the incidence of infectious diseases ( P<0.001) in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and the interpretation degree to the change of the incidence of infectious diseases was 80.8% and 20.3% respectively. Conclusions The degree of information sharing of infectious disease in Shanghai and Shaanxi is gradually increasing,and the role played by information sharing has been initially reflected. Shanghai and Shaanxi still need to strengthen the construction of health information sharing platform,improve the level of information sharing,and promote information communicating and sharing across the government,relevant departments,professional institutions and other organizations.
