摘　　要：对燕山大学非英语专业本科生通用学术英语能力和学习需求进行调查,提出基于OBE理念指导下的大学通用学术英语课程改革方案,强调课程的宏观架构、微观要素和"导入-结合-强化-模拟"教学环节要素,构建大学英语改革背景下,从通用英语(EGP)向通用学术英语(EGAP)转变的新课程模式。该模式以OBE理念为指导,以产出为导向,以需求为驱动,以培养学生的英语实用能力为目标,致力于满足学生专业发展的需求和国际化人才培养的需要。Based on a survey of the non-English majors′ learning needs and their competence of English for general academic purposes (GEAP), the paper proposes a new course model driven by OBE concepts, which emphasizes macro-framing of learning resources, micro factors and details in learning process and outcome, as well as the "Introduction-Merging-Reinforcement-Simulation" chain circle of teaching steps, with its aim to transform from English for general purposes (EGP) to EGAP in College English reform context. This course reform mode is OBE-guided, outcome-oriented, and need-driven, with a goal to cultivate students′ practical ability, and to meet both the need of students′ profession development and the requirements of international talents training.
