摘 要:综述海洋中羟胺分析方法的研究进展.前期测定海水中羟胺的分析方法主要包括分光光度法、碘量滴定法等,但由于海洋中干扰羟胺分析的物质较多,且方法检测限高,这些方法在海洋羟胺研究中未得到广泛应用.随着色谱法的发展,氧化还原法与气相色谱法联用,即利用硫酸铁铵将羟胺氧化为氧化亚氮,再利用气相色谱分析氧化亚氮,间接计算羟胺的浓度,实现海洋中低浓度羟胺的测定.结合海洋中现场羟胺研究结果,分析其可能影响因素,并探讨了该领域研究中所存在的问题,为开展相关海洋羟胺研究提供参考.The analytical methods for the stuy of ocean NH2OH was summarized. In early stage,the analytical methods for the determination of hydroxylamine in seawater mainly include spectrophotometry,iodine-titration,etc.,but due to the large number of substances interfering for hydroxylamine analysis in the ocean,and the high detection limit, these methods had not been widely used. As the development of chromatography,the combined between redox and gas chromatography,namely ammonium ferric sulfate was used to oxidize hydroxylamine to nitrous oxide which was analyzed by gas chromatography and then indirectly calculated the concentration of hydroxylamine, and determination of low concentrations of hydroxylamine in the ocean was realized. Combined with the results of the field hydroxylamine research in the ocean, the possible influencing factors were analyzed, and the existing problems in this field were discussed, so as to provide reference for the relevant marine hydroxylamine research.
