摘 要:提出一种新型双转子混合励磁电机(dual-rotor hybrid excitation motor,DRHEM)拓扑结构,通过单定子—双转子的结构实现了电励磁双凸极电机(doubly salient electromagnetic motor,DSEM)和永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)的高效结合。给出了所研究电机的基本结构和工作原理,讨论了DSEM部分和PMSM部分的极槽匹配原则。通过建立电机有限元求解模型,计算和分析了电机内的电磁场,得出最优结构及参数。研究结果表明:新结构混合励磁具有简单、紧凑、无刷励磁、电磁损耗小等特点。通过励磁电流的调节,优化后的混合励磁电机具备良好的调磁性能和宽广的调磁范围,在航空电源启动系统中有重要应用价值。A novel topology of the dual-rotor hybrid excitation motor (DRHEM) was presented, which combines doubly salient electromagnetic motor (DSEM) with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) bya single-stator, dual-rotor structure.The basic structure and operating principle of the proposed motor were given;the combination criterion of the DRHEM was discussed.By establishing the finite element model of DRHEM, the electromagnetic field in the motor was calculated and analyzed, and the optimal structure and parameters were given.The research results show that the DRHEM has the advantages of simple, compact, brushless excitation, small electromagnetic loss and so on.Through adjustment of the excitation current, the optimized DRHEM has a better field-regulating capability and wider field-regulating range,which has important application value in the aviation power start system.
