摘　　要：结核病是世界性重大公共卫生问题和社会问题。有效的防治管理是治疗成败和控制疫情的关键。在国家提出实施精准医疗战略的新的历史时期,传统的结核病防治管理观念及模式面临重大挑战,亟需改革。针对目前军队结核病防治管理中存在的问题,本文提出“精准管理”的结核病防治管理理念,重点从统筹规划深、体系机制全、专业能力精、措施办法实、信息报送准和疫情处置细等方面,探讨推进军队结核病防治精准管理,以降低部队结核病发病率。Tuberculosis(TB) is one of the major public health and social concerns wordwide. The key to successful treatment and controlling the epidemic is effective management. In the new historical period of precision medicine strategy, traditional tuberculosis management concept and model faces a significant challenge so that it needs to be reformed and improved urgently. Aiming at the existing problem in army, we proposed a new concept of tuberculosis management, namely “precision management”.In order to reduce the incidence of tuberculosis in the armed forces, the precise management of tuberculosis prevention and control in the armed forces is discussed from the aspects of overall planning, complete system and mechanism, fine professional ability, effective measures and methods, accurate information submission and detailed handling of the epidemic situation.
