摘 要:针对影响系数法与模态平衡法对转子动平衡后控制过临界振动效果不同的问题,对双平面影响系数法与模态N平面全正交法的平衡机理进行了研究,对动平衡后平衡转速与各阶临界处振动影响规律进行了归纳。利用转子动力学软件DyRoBe S建立三级轮盘转子结构有限元模型,同时搭建刚性支承三级轮盘转子系统实验台进行了不同动平衡方法的过临界振动控制效果实验。研究结果表明:影响系数法所加配重只能降低平衡转速处的振动幅值,但会破坏其它转速时的平衡状态;模态全正交平衡法配重后,有效减小某一阶模态不平衡量同时不影响其它阶模态不平衡量,即大幅度降低了某一阶临界转速处的振动幅值,同时未对其它阶次临界处的振动幅值产生影响,不会破坏其它阶次动平衡后的效果。Aiming at the difference between the influence coefficient method and the modal balance method in controlling the overcritical vibration of a rotor after dynamic balancing, the balancing mechanism of the double-sided influence coefficient method and the modal N-plane orthogonal method is studied, and the influence laws of the balancing speed and the vibration at each critical point after dynamic balancing are summarized. The finite element model of three-stage disk-rotor structure is established by using DyRoBeS software. At the same time, the rigid-supported three-stage disk-rotor system test bench is built to carry out the experiments of the effects of different dynamic balancing methods on the overcritical vibration control. The results show that the weight added by the influence coefficient method can only reduce the vibration amplitude at the equilibrium speed, but it will destroy the equilibrium state at other speeds;and after weighting by the mode orthogonal balance method, the unbalance of one order mode can be effectively reduced without affecting the unbalance of other order modes, that is to say, the vibration amplitude at one order critical speed can be greatly reduced, while the vibration amplitude at other order critical speed cannot be affected, and the effect after other order dynamic balance cannot be destroyed.
