摘　　要：以立柱零件为例,对该零件的各种孔加工特征进行分类提取,并将各类孔在零件中的位置以数组变量来表示,然后编程,由PLC程序控制冲孔模具对钣金类零件进行冲孔加工并保证孔的位置,可方便实现对不同种类的立柱零件的加工,简化了生产线的操作,扩大了生产线的加工范围。Taking the column parts as an example, the various hole machining features of the parts are classified and extracted, and the positions of the various holes in the parts are represented by array variables, and then programmed, and the punching mold is controlled by the PLC program. The punching of the parts is carried out and the position of the holes is ensured, which facilitates the processing of different types of column parts, simplifies the operation of the production line, and expands the processing range of the production line.
