摘　　要：为了设计出适用于爆炸性气体环境中的高速平行轴齿轮箱,以齿轮箱技术指标及环境要求为前提,针对产品安装环境进行区域划分、物质分类和温度组别确定等,从防爆形式分类、危险点燃源的评定等方面开展齿轮箱的危险源辨识、非电气防爆设计和电气防爆设计等,并进行了试验验证,最终取得了第三方防爆认证。认证表明:针对爆炸性气体环境中防爆齿轮箱的设计,其最佳的防燃型式更加倾向于控制点燃源型"k"与液浸型"b"。In order to design a high-speed parallel shaft gearbox suitable for use in an explosive gas environment, the division of the product installation environment, material classification and temperature group determination are carried out on the premise of the gearbox technical specifications and environmental requirements. The danger source identification, non-electrical explosion-proof design and electrical explosion-proof design of the gearbox are carried out based on the classification of explosion-proof forms and the evaluation of dangerous ignition sources. The test verification of the explosion-proof gearbox is completed, and the third-party explosion-proof certification is obtained. Certifications indicate that for the design of explosion-proof gearboxes in explosive gas environments, the best flame-proof type is more inclined to control the ignition source type "k" and the liquid immersion type "b".
