摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料中叶酸水平对卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotusovatus)幼鱼生长性能、体成分、血清生化和免疫指标、肝脏抗氧化指标和叶酸积蓄量的影响,以确定卵形鲳鲹幼鱼对叶酸的需要量。试验选择平均初始体重为(7.77±0.10) g的健康卵形鲳鲹幼鱼525尾,随机分成7组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾。各组分别投喂叶酸水平依次为0.31(对照)、0.94、1.76、2.83、4.20、5.69和6.32 mg/kg的7种试验饲料。试验期8周。结果表明:1) 4.20 mg/kg组卵形鲳鲹幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2) 1.76 mg/kg组的血清总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05),5.69 mg/kg组的血清甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3) 1.76、2.83、4.20、5.69和6.32 mg/kg组的血清溶菌酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2.83、4.20、5.69和6.32 mg/kg组的血清补体3和补体4含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4) 0.94、1.76、2.83、4.20、5.69和6.32 mg/kg组的肝脏总抗氧化能力和过氧化氢酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.94、1.76、2.83、4.20、5.69和6.32 mg/kg组的肝脏叶酸积蓄量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中适宜的叶酸水平可以提高卵形鲳鲹幼鱼的生长性能,增强机体的免疫力和抗氧化能力。以增重率和肝脏叶酸积蓄量作为评价指标,通过回归分析得出卵形鲳鲹对饲料中叶酸的需要量分别为4.53和4.94 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary foilc acid levels on growth performance,body composition,serum biochemical and immune indices,liver antioxidant indices and folic acid accumulation of juvenile golden pompano(Trachinotus ovatus),and to determine the foilc acid requirement for juvenile golden pompano. A total of 525 healthy juvenile golden pompano with initial body weight of(7.77±0.10) g were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups with 3 replicates per group and 25 fish per replicate. Fish in the 7 groups were fed the experimental diets which contained 0.31(control),0.94,1.76,2.83,4.20,5. 69 and 6. 32 mg/kg folic acid,respectively. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of 4.20 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the feed conversion ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 2) The serum total cholesterol content of 1.76 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum triglyceride content of 5.69 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0. 05). 3) The serum lysozyme activity of 1. 76,2.83,4.20,5.69 and 6.32 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of complement 3 and complement 4 in serum of 2.83,4.20,5.69 and 6.32 mg/kg groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). 4) The liver total antioxidant capacity and catalase activity of 0.94,1.76,2.83,4.20,5.69 and 6.32 mg/kg groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the liver folic acid accumulation of 0.94,1.76,2.83,4.20,5.69 and6.32 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,dietary suitable folic acid level can improve the growth performance,enhance the body immunity and antioxidant capacity.Quadratic regression analysis of the weight gain rate and
