摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同水平植物提取甜味剂(SEP)对断奶仔猪偏食性、生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验分为2个部分:1)偏食性试验为双向选择试验,将36头24日龄断奶的大白仔猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照饲粮为基础饲粮,试验饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2 g/kg糖精钠(SS)以及0.2和0.4 g/kg SEP。试验期5 d,测定各组猪只偏食性及偏食指数;2)生长试验中选取遗传背景和生理状况相近的16头母猪所产的体况良好、体重相近的仔猪160头(每头母猪选10头仔猪),随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2 g/kg SS以及0.2和0.4 g/kg SEP,每组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,试验期35 d。结果表明:1)断奶仔猪对添加0.2和0.4 g/kg SEP的饲粮偏食性为中等到高度偏好(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验组平均日采食量和末体重均显著提高(P<0.05),同时0.2和0.4 g/kg SEP组平均日采食量和末体重显著高于0.2 g/kg SS组(P <0.05)。与对照组和0.2 g/kg SS组相比,添加0.2和0.4 g/kg SEP显著提高平均日增重(P <0.05),同时显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,添加0.2 g/kg SEP显著降低血清皮质醇含量(P<0.05);添加0.4 g/kg SEP显著降低血清去甲肾上腺素含量(P<0.05)。可见,SEP的饲喂效果优于SS,能提高仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重,降低料重比,从而改善断奶仔猪生长性能,本试验条件下推荐SEP添加量为0.2 g/kg。This study was conducted to study the effects of different levels of sweeteners extracted from plants (SEP) on fodder preference, growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. The experiment consisted two parts:1) the fodder preference experiment was a bidirectional selection test. Thirty-six piglets at 24-day-old were divided into 3 groups, with 4 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate. Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the other experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium (SS), 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg SEP, respectively. The test lasted for 5 days, and tested the fodder preference and partial eclipse index of weaned piglets;2) In the growth experiment, one hundred and sixty piglets with similar body weight and from 16 sows with the same genetic background and physiological condition (10 piglets from 1 sow) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The test lasted for 35 days. Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the other experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg SS, 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg SEP, respectively. The results showed as follows:1) the piglets had a medium-high fodder preference of diets with 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg SEP (P<0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake and final body weight in experimental groups increased significantly (P<0.05), and the average daily feed intake and final body weight in 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg SEP groups were significantly higher than those in 0.2 g/kg SS group (P<0.05). Compared with control group and 0.2 g/kg SS group, adding 0.2 and 0.4 g/kg SEP significantly increased the average daily gain (P<0.05), and significantly decreased the feed/gain (P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, adding 0.2 g/kg SEP significantly decreased the serum cortisol content (P<0.05);adding 0.4 g/kg SEP significantly decreased the serum noradrenaline content (P<0.05).
