摘 要:本试验旨在研究初乳香香味剂(CA)与植物提取甜味剂(SEP)共同添加的复合作用对断奶仔猪的影响。试验分为2个部分:1)偏食性试验。将36头24日龄大白仔猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头猪。试验期5 d。对照组饲粮为基础饲粮,试验组饲粮分别为基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg糖精钠(SS)+1 g/kg CA(SS+CA组)、基础饲粮+0.2 g/kg SEP+1 g/kg CA(0.2 g/kg SEP+CA组)和基础饲粮+0.4 g/kg SEP+1 g/kg CA(0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组)。2)生长试验。选取遗传背景和生理状况相近的16头母猪所产的体况良好、体重相近的仔猪160头(每头母猪选10头仔猪),随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪,分组与饲粮同偏食性试验。试验期35 d。结果表明:1)断奶仔猪对0.2 g/kg SEP+CA组和0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组饲粮偏食性为中等到高度偏好,对SS+CA组饲粮无偏好。2)相对于SS+CA组,0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组平均日采食量提高了29.44%(P<0.05)。与SS+CA组相比,0.2 g/kg SEP+CA组和0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组平均日增重分别提高了20. 28%和43. 23%(P <0. 05),料重比分别降低了3. 68%和5.88%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组的腹泻率显著降低(P <0.05)。3)与对照组相比,0.2 g/kg SEP+CA组和0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组血清中胆囊收缩素含量显著降低(P <0.05);0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组血清饥饿素含量显著提高(P<0.05);0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组血清去甲肾上腺素含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.2 g/kg SEP+CA组和0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组血清肾上腺素含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.4 g/kg SEP+CA组血清D-乳酸含量降低了53.38%(P<0.05)。可见,断奶仔猪对添加0.2 g/kg SEP+CA和0.4 g/kg SEP+CA饲粮具有中等~高度偏好,甜味剂与香味剂复合使用可提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,同时降低料重比和腹泻率,从而改善断奶仔猪的生长性能。综合各种指标,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加0.4 g/kg SEP+CA的复合效果最好。This study was conducted to study the effects of compound supplement of colostrum aromatic (CA) and sweeteners extracted from plants (SEP) on weaned piglets. The experiment consised of two parts:1) fodder preference experiment. Thirty-six piglets at 24-day-old were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate. The test lasted for 5 days. The control group was fed the basal diet. The test groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium (SS)+1 g/kg CA (SS+CA group), 0.2 g/kg SEP+1 g/kg CA (0.2 g/kg SEP+CA group) and 0.4 g/kg SEP+1 g/kg CA (0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group), respectively. 2) Growth experiment. One hundred and sixty piglets with similar body weight and from 16 sows with the same genetic background and physiological condition (10 piglets from 1 sow) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The test lasted for 35 days. The diets and groups in this part were the same as fodder preference experiment. The results showed as follows:1) the piglets had a medium-high fodder preference on diets in 0.2 g/kg SEP+CA group and 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group, and had no fodder preference on diets in SS+CA group. 2) Compared with SS+CA group, the average daily feed intake in 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group increased by 29.44%(P<0.05);the average daily gain in group 0.2 g/kg SEP+CA group and 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group increased by 20.28% and 43.23%(P<0.05), respectively;the feed/gain decreased by 3.68%和5.88%(P<0.05), respectively. Compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate in 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group significantly reduced (P<0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, the serum cholecystokinin content in 0.2 g/kg SEP+CA group and 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group reduced significantly (P<0.05);the serum ghrelin content in 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group increased significantly (P<0.05);the serum noradrenaline content in 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA group reduced significantly (P<0.05);the serum adrenaline content in 0.2 g/kg SEP+CA group and 0.4 g/kg SEP+CA gr
