血清生殖激素、Sp17Ab、AcrAb在不孕症女性患者中的临床检测价值

摘　　要：目的探析检测血清生殖激素、精子蛋白17抗体(Sp17Ab)、顶体蛋白酶抗体(AcrAb)水平在不孕症女性患者中的临床意义。方法选取2016年2月至2018年10月在我院妇科门诊接受诊断治疗的125例不孕症女性患者(包括月经正常者53例,月经异常者72例)和同期健康体检的70例健康女性作为本次研究的观察组和对照组。比较各组患者的血清生殖激素、Sp17Ab及AcrAb水平。结果观察组患者的LH、P、FSH、PRL、血清Sp17Ab与AcrAb水平明显高于对照组,E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。月经异常组患者的LH、P、FSH及PRL水平明显高于月经正常组与对照组,E2水平明显低于月经正常组与对照组(P<0.05);月经正常组患者的LH、E2、P、FSH及PRL水平高于对照组,但无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论检测血清生殖激素、Sp17Ab、AcrAb水平可辅助诊治不孕症女性患者,值得推广。Objective:Toanalyze the clinical detective value of the serum reproductive hormones,Sp17Ab,AcrAb in the females with infertility. Methods:125 females with infertility(including 53 eumenorrhea patients and 72 irregular menstruation)received treatment at our hospitalfrom February,2016 to October,2018 and 70 healthy women at the same time were chosen as the observe group and control group. The levels of the serum reproductive hormones,Sp17Ab,AcrAb in groups were compared. Results:The levels of LH,P,FSH,PRL,Sp17Ab and AcrAbin observe group were obviously higher than those in control group,and the E2 level in observe group was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The levels of LH,P,FSH,PRL in irregular menstruation group were obviously higher than those in eumenorrhea group and control group,and the E2 level irregular menstruation group was obviously lower than that in eumenorrhea group and control group(P<0.05). The levels of LH,E2,P,FSH,PRL in eumenorrhea group were higher than those in control group,but it had no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The detection of the serum reproductive hormones,Sp17Ab,AcrAb could assistantly diagnose the females with infertility,which is worth promoting.
