摘　　要：目的三种不同内膜准备方法在卵裂期胚胎解冻移植后对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年2至2018年2月在本生殖中心卵裂期胚胎解冻移植(FET)治疗的856个周期的资料,依据三种不同的内膜准备方法分成三组:A组:自然周期组冻融胚胎解冻移植241例;B组:人工周期组冻融胚胎解冻移植293例;C组:促排卵周期组冻融胚胎解冻移植322例。比较三组解冻胚胎的复苏率、妊娠率、流产率、宫外孕率等指标是否存在差异。结果三种不同内膜准备方法的胚胎解冻复苏率、妊娠率、流产率、宫外孕率等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在冻融卵裂期胚胎解冻中,不同的内膜准备方法不影响其妊娠结局,在临床的工作中可以根据患者的具体情况,个体化的选择方法准备内膜。Objective:The effect of three different endometrial preparation methods on pregnancy outcome after thawing and transplantation of frozen-thawed embryos. Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out on 856 cycles of vitrification thawed embryo trabsfer. According to different endometrial preparation methods,the patients were divided into the group A:thawing and transplantation of freeze-thawed embryos in natural cycle group:a report of 241 cases;group B:thawing and transplantation of freeze-thawed embryos in artificial cycle group:a report of 293 cases;group C:thawing and transplantation of freeze-thawed embryos ovulation cycle group:a report of 322 cases. The recovery rate of embryo,pregnancy rate,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate were compared for determining whether the differences among the indexes existed. Results:The thawing recovery rate of embryo,pregnancy rate,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate in the three different endometrial preparation methods had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:Different methods of endometrial preparation do not affect the pregnancy outcome. In the clinical work,the endometrium can be prepared according to the specific conditions of the patient and individualized options.
