安徽省某地居民基本公共卫生服务满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解安徽省某地居民对基本公共卫生服务满意度情况,为进一步提高服务质量提供参考依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,按照地理位置分布选取3个区,每个区随机选取1家社区卫生服务中心涵盖的服务范围,对辖区居民进行问卷调查。结果:居民对基本公共卫生服务总体满意度为87.2%;居民对于接受基本公共卫生服务方便性满意度最高,对于提供基本公共卫生服务的主动性满意度最低;年龄、是否签约家庭医生、技术水平、态度是影响居民对基本公共卫生服务满意度的主要因素。结论:被调查地区开展基本公共卫生服务的总体成效较好,建议继续加大宣传力度,提升服务意识和技术水平,推行家庭签约服务。Objective:To understand the residents’ satisfaction with basic public health service in some place of Anhui, and to provide reference for further improving the service quality. Methods:By stratified random sampling, three districts were chosen according to geographical distribution, and one community health service center was randomly selected from each district to conduct a questionnaire survey among residents in the district. Results:The overall satisfaction rate of residents to basic public health service was 87.2 %;the satisfaction rate of residents to the convenience of basic public health service was the highest, and the satisfaction rate to the initiative of providing basic public health service was the lowest;age, whether to sign a family doctor, technical levels and attitude influenced the residents to basic public health service. Conclusion:The overall effect of basic public health service in the investigated areas is good. It is suggested that more publicity should be given, service awareness and technical level should be enhanced, and family contract service should be implemented.
