体位护理管理对髋关节置换术后防假体脱位效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析体位护理管理措施对髋关节置换术后防止假体脱位的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2018年12月在本院进行髋关节置换术的80例患者作为本次的研究对象,其中实验组和对照组各40例。对照组仅给予常规护理;实验组除给予常规护理外,还给予包括健康宣教、术后护理和适应性训练等有针对性的体位护理管理。比较两组患者对所接受的护理的满意率、两组患者的假体脱位发生率、患者防假体脱位相关知识的掌握程度和遵医行为。结果:实验组患者的护理满意度、假体脱位发生率、防假体脱位相关知识的掌握程度和遵医行为与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:体位护理管理对髋关节置换术后防假体脱位有着很好的临床效果,能有效降低术后假体脱位的发生率,促进患者及早康复,值得应用。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of postural nursing management measures on preventing dislocation of the prosthesis after hip joint replacement. Methods: Eighty patients, who underwent hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018, were selected as the subjects in the study and randomly divided into the experiment group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases). Those in the control group were only given routine nursing, and those in the experiment group, in addition to routine nursing, were provided with targeted postural care management including health education, postoperative care and adaptive training. Such indicating factors were compared between the two groups as the patients’ satisfaction rate with the care received, the incidence of prosthesis dislocation, the the patient’s acquisition of the knowledge about anti-prosthesis dislocation and the compliance behaviors. Results: There was significant difference in the patients’ satisfaction rate, the incidence of prosthesis dislocation, the acquisition of knowledge of anti-prosthesis dislocation and the compliance behavior between the experiment group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Postural nursing management can bring about a good clinical effect on anti-prosthesis dislocation after hip joint replacement, effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative prosthesis dislocation and promote quick recovery of patients, deserving of application in clinical practice.
