侧肢体定时运动护理干预应用于静脉留置针穿刺效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析侧肢体定时运动应用于静脉留置针穿刺对预防输液局部肿胀的作用。方法:选取2015年5月至2018年5月在本院输液中心100例静脉留置针穿刺的患者随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组给予定时运动护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者输液局部肿胀发生率、留针时间以及对护理服务满意度。结果:干预组患者输液局部肿胀发生率为4.00%,较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);留置针时间为(2.55±0.08)d,较对照组显著延长(P<0.05);对护理服务满意率为96.00%,较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在静脉留置针穿刺后给予患者定时运动干预可显著降低输液局部肿胀发生率,延长留置针时间,提高对护理服务满意度,值得推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of regular exercise of lateral limbs on venous indwelling needle puncture to prevent local swelling of infusion. Methods: 100 patients with venous indwelling needles puncture, admitted to our infusion center from May 2015 to May 2018, were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was given regular exercise nursing intervention, and the control group was given routine care, with such indicating factors compared as the incidence of local swelling of the infusion, the time of needle retention, and patients’ satisfaction with nursing services. Results: The incidence of local swelling in the intervention group was 4.00 %, significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of indwelling needle retention in the intervention group was(2.55±0.08) d, significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). The patients’ satisfaction rate with nursing service was 96.00 %. significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Regular exercise intervention after intravenous indwelling needle puncture can significantly reduce the incidence of local swelling of infusion, prolong the time of indwelling needle, and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing service, deserving of clinical popularization..
