摘  要:从降低塑料分选过程中企业的成本出发,基于饮料瓶材料中聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/高密度聚乙烯(PET/HDPE)两种塑料在近红外光谱上的差异,设计了一种低功耗、便携式、低成本的PET塑料分选检测装置.搭建了基于近红外传感器的测量电路,通过检测特定波长位置两种塑料透光率的差异,进而实现PET塑料的分选检测.并根据设计方案搭建了PET塑料分选检测装置的检测模型,验证了所设计方案的可行性和实用性.Based on the near-infrared spectral diversity of polyethylene terephthalate/high density polyethylene(PET/HDPE)in plastic bottles,a PET plastic separating device with low power consumption,portable design and low cost was designed to reduce the cost in plastic separating process.A measuring circuit based on near-infrared sensor was set up and then the PET plastic separation was achieved by detecting the plastic transmittance difference between two kinds of plastics at a specific wavelength.According to the design scheme,the testing model of PET plastic separating device was set up,which verified the feasibility and practicability of the designed scheme.
