摘  要:【目的】联合共沉淀和高温焙烧法,以锌作为抗菌剂,通过引入天然黏土矿物凹凸棒石和微量元素钴,制备了新型抗菌材料凹凸棒石负载的锌钴层状双氧化物.【方法】通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱以及X-射线衍射等手段对材料的结构和理化性能进行表征.【结果】复合材料呈现一维凹凸棒石和二维锌钴层状双氧化物的混维形貌;体外抗菌性能结果表明在锌钴摩尔比例为8∶1,凹凸棒石添加量为40 wt.%,500℃煅烧4 h的制备条件下,复合材料拥有最佳的抗菌性能,其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.125 mg/mL和0.5 mg/mL;此外,在引入凹凸棒石和钴后,改善了材料的生物相容性.【结论】通过在锌基抗菌剂中引入天然黏土矿物和微量元素等方法,为改善锌基抗菌材料的抗菌活性和生物相容性提供了一种新思路.【Objective】 In this study,a new type of antimicrobial material,attapulgite-loaded zinc-cobalt double oxide,was prepared by co-precipitation and high temperature calcination,using zinc as antimicrobial agent and introducing natural clay mineral attapulgite and trace element cobalt.【Method】 The structure and physicochemical properties of the material were studied through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Zeta potential.【Result】 The results showed that the composites exhibit mixed-dimensional morphology of one-dimensional attapulgite and two-dimensional zinc-cobalt layered double oxide. The results of vitro antimicrobial tests indicated that the preparation conditions of the sample were 8∶1 of Zn/Co mole ratio,40 wt.% APT addition dosage and 500 ℃ calcination for 4 hours,which showed the best antibacterial activity and the MIC for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 0.125 mg/mL and 0.5 mg/mL,respectively. In addition,the biocompatibility of the material was improved by using attapulgite and cobalt.【Conclusion】 A new route was provided to improve the antimicrobial activity and biocompatibility of zinc-based antimicrobial materials by introducing natural clay minerals and trace elements into zinc-based antimicrobial agents.
