摘 要:锅炉燃烧状态在线监测对燃烧的安全性与经济性有着重要作用。针对超超临界燃煤机组锅炉实际燃烧过程,论文设计了一种融合锅炉不同燃烧层温度、火焰图像特征以及机组运行参数等信息的锅炉燃烧状态在线监测系统,实现对燃烧过程在线监测与优化。基于模块化设计思想,实现通信模块、可视化模块、数据库模块和系统管理模块的设计,并采用线程同步技术协调各个模块运行。通过采用多线程技术和自主开发的线程串口类,独立管理每个通信通道,增强数据实时通信,提高通信响应速度。660MW超超临界机组的工程应用表明该系统满足可靠性和实时性的需求。The online monitoring of the combustion process of the boiler has an important effect on the safety and economy of the combustion.Aim at the actual combustion process in the ultra-supercritical power plant,the boiler combustion state monitoring system has been designed in this paper,which combines the combustion layer temperature of the furnace,the characteristics of the combustion flame,the other operating parameters of the unit and the economic indicators and the pollution indicators.It can be online monitoring and optimization of combustion process.Based on modular design,communication module,visualization module,database module and system management module have been designed.The thread synchronization technology is used to coordinate the operation of each module and system performance can be fully played.The multi-thread technology and the independent development of the thread serial port class have been used to independently manage each communication channel.The real time communication of the data is enhanced and the response speed of the communication is improved.The engineering application for 660MW ultra supercritical unit shows that it can meet the requirement of reliability and real time.
