摘  要:基于“经济-社会-生态环境”研究框架构建杭州市土地综合承载力指标体系,并通过改进的均方差TOPSIS模型、障碍度模型及耦合协调模型,对杭州市2007-2016年土地综合承载力进行了综合评价.研究结果表明:2007-2016年,杭州市土地综合承载力呈波动降低态势,承载力级别呈现良好转向中级的趋势.2007-2016年,承载力子系统障碍度从大到小依次是生态环境承载力系统、社会承载力系统和经济承载力系统.2007-2016年杭州市耦合度和耦合协调协调度变化态势呈现差异性,其中耦合度处于高水平耦合阶段,但协调度评价结果距离优质协调仍有着不小的差距.Based on the research framework of Economic-Social-Ecological Environment,this paper constructs the comprehensive land bearing capacity index system of Hangzhou,and improves the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Hangzhou from 2007 to 2016 through the improved mean square error TOPSIS model,obstacle model and coupling coordination model.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted.The results show that from 2007 to 2016,the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Hangzhou City showed a trend of volatility,and the carrying capacity level showed a good trend of turning to the intermediate level.From 2007 to 2016,the obstacles of the bearing capacity subsystem from the largest to the small are the ecological environment carrying capacity system,the social carrying capacity system,and the economic carrying capacity system.Between 2007 and 2016,the change trend of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree in Hangzhou showed a difference,in which the coupling degree was in the high level coupling stage,but the coordination degree evaluation result still had a big gap from the quality coordination.
