摘  要:中间包控流装置影响包内钢液的流动状态以及钢液温度的均匀程度,这决定了钢液是否能够高质量的稳定浇铸。以钢厂17 t双流中间包为原型,按与实际中间包1:2比例建立模型。通过正交水模拟实验以及对温度场的数值模拟,得出在考虑温度的条件下最优化的中间包控流装置组合为:堰距包底距离260 mm、坝高360 mm、堰与水口间距离580 mm、坝与水口间距离1 170 mm。The tundish flow control device affects the flow state of molten steel in the tundish and the uniformity of molten steel temperature,which determines whether the molten steel can be cast steadily with high quality.Based on the prototype of a 17 t double-flow tundish in a steel plant,the model is established with the ratio of 1:2 to the actual tundish.Through orthogonal water simulation experiment and mathematical simulation of temperature field,the optimal combination of tundish flow control devices under the consideration of temperature is obtained as follows:the distance between weir and bottom of the tundish is 260 mm,the height of the dam is 360 mm,the distance between weir and nozzle is 580 mm,and the distance between dam and nozzle is 1 170 mm.
