添加复合菌对黄颡鱼和中华倒刺鲃苗种培育的影响

摘  要:在黄颡鱼和中华倒刺鲃两种苗种培育池中添加自主研制的生物制剂-复合菌剂,检测培育期间养殖水环境中各要素的变化,包括浮游生物、水化学指标变化,并统计鱼苗的生长情况。结果发现,相比常规养殖组,实验组的养殖水体中浮游生物优势种群发生改变,平均多样性指数上升,水体原生动物、藻类总生物量增加,但不同苗种培育池呈现出差异,浮游植物、动物生物量的变化趋势不同,黄颡鱼池中浮游植物占比高于中华倒刺鲃组;同时水体的透明度降低,溶解氧增加20%以上,增加水体三氮吸收50%以上,而磷酸盐增加35%以上,养殖水环境条件改善,保持水体营养源丰富;培育对象黄颡鱼—水生系统中的顶级消费者,其体质健壮,规格齐整率90.4%,成活率高达93.5%,显著高于常规养殖组,同样的中华倒刺鲃齐整率89.6%,成活率91.5%,均高于对照组。因此,针对两种不同食性的鱼类,该复合菌剂的添加,能丰富养殖对象饵料生物,并优化鱼苗培育池内各要素结构,进而改善水体环境,促进苗种的健康生长。The microbial agent, a biological agent which is self-developed, has been used as a biological additive in the breeding of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco and Spinibarbus sinens. Some indexes of water ecology have been measured including biomass of plankton, change in water chemistry index, and statistics of fry growth. Results show that the plankton of dominant species in aquaculture water was changed compared with the conventional breeding group. The average diversity index increased, water protozoa and algae biomass increased, but different rearing pools showed differences in the proportion of phytoplankton and biomass, and the proportion of phytoplankton in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco pond is higher than that in Spinibarbus sinens pond. At the same time, the water transparency decreased, dissolved oxygen increased by more than 20%, three nitrogen content increased by more than 50%, and phosphate increased by more than 35%. The condition of breeding water can be improved and the abundant nutrition source of water can be maintained. The breeding object Pseudobagrus fulvidraco, the top consumer in the aquatic system, has strong physique with neat specifications rate being 90.4% and the survival rate being as high as 93.5%, which are both significantly higher than the rates of the conventional group. The neat rate of Spinibarbus sinensis was 89.6%, and the survival rate was 91.5%, which are both higher than the two rates of the control group. Therefore, according to the two different feeding habits of fish, the adding of microbial agent can help to enrich the feed organisms, and optimize the structure of the elements in the fry rearing pool, and promote the healthy growth of seedlings.
