胆木浸膏糖浆联合头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察胆木浸膏糖浆联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选取海南医学院第二附属医院于2018年1月-2018年12月收治的急性扁桃体炎患儿106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组静脉滴注注射用头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠,40 g/kg,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服胆木浸膏糖浆,10 mL/次,2次/d。两组均治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状改善情况及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和IL-10水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为84.91%,显著低于治疗组的96.23%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者退热时间、咽痛消失时间比对照组均明显缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP、WBC和IL-6水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者CRP、WBC、IL-6和IL-10水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆木浸膏糖浆联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎可迅速改善临床症状,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danmu Jingao Syrup combined with cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium. Methods Children(106 cases) with acute tonsillitis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Children in the control group were iv administered with Cefoperazone Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for injection, 40 g/kg, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Danmu Jingao Syrup on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptoms,CRP, WBC, IL-6, and IL-10 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 84.91%, which was significantly lower than 96.23% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time and pharyngalgia disappearance time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the CRP, WBC, and IL-6 levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but IL-10 levels in two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and CRP, WBC, IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Danmu Jingao Syrup combined with cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium can improve clinical symptoms rapidly, which has a certain clinical application value.
