摘 要:目的系统评价抗阻运动对冠心病患者心脏康复的干预效果。方法采用计算机检索引擎检索Pubmed、Cochrane、Web of science、Ovid、万方、知网、中国生物医学数据库,关于抗阻运动对冠心病患者心脏康复的相关研究,检索时间自建库至2018年9月。由2位研究者独立按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献,提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入7篇随机对照研究,2篇类实验研究,共693例患者,Meta分析结果显示:抗阻运动可以更明显提高峰值摄氧量(VO2Peak),6 min步行试验距离(SMWT),改善患者的心肺功能和活动能力。抗阻运动适用于稳定型冠心病患者或冠心病术后的患者,建议在具有资质的专业人员的指导下进行训练。结论抗阻运动或抗阻运动联合有氧运动较其他运动方式在冠心病患者的康复治疗上具有更好的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of resistance exercise in the cardiac rehabilitation among coronary artery disease patients systematically.Method Through searching the database of Pubmed, Cochrane,Web of science, Ovid,Wanfang, CNKI, CBM, which contain the study about effects of resistance exercise in the cardiac rehabilitation among coronary artery disease from self-bulit to September 2018. Two researchers independently screened literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of included studies,and use the RevMan 5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results A total of 693 patients were included in 7 randomized controlled studies and 2 experimental studies. The results of meta-analysis showed that resistance exercise could significantly increase peak oxygen uptake(VO2 Peak), 6-minute walking distance(SMWT), and improve the cardiopulmonary function and activity ability of the patients. Resistance exercise is suitable for patients with stable coronary heart disease of patients after coronary heart disease.It is recommended to train under the guidance of qualified professionals. Conclusion Resitance exercise is more effective than other exercises in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.
