手术室感染控制指标精细化管理及手术智能衣鞋行为管理对手术部位感染控制影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室开展感染控制指标精细化管理及手术智能衣鞋行为管理对手术部位感染控制的影响。方法选取2017年9-12月实施的择期手术5 102例患者为对照组,2018年1-4月实施的择期手术5 000例患者为观察组。对照组实行传统的感染控制措施,观察组实行感染控制指标精细化管理辅以手术智能衣鞋行为管理,比较手术部位感染情况。结果对照组患者手术部位感染率0.67%;清洁手术切口感染率0.98%,甲级愈合率93.09%;手术衣鞋使用合格率75%。观察组患者手术部位感染率0.28%;清洁手术切口感染率0.13%,甲级愈合率98.78%;手术衣鞋使用合格率98%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室开展感染控制指标精细化管理及手术智能衣鞋行为管理的应用,对手术部位感染控制和规范医护人员的医疗行为具有明显改善作用。Objective To explore the effects of refined management of infection indexes and intelligent dressing behavior management on surgical site infections(SSI) in operating theater. Methods 5 102 elective operations underwent between September to December, 2017 was selected as the control group and 5 000 elective operations underwent between January to April,2018 as the experimental group to analyze the condition of SSI in two groups.The classical infection control methods were used in the control group while the refined management of infection indexes and intelligent dressing behavior management was used in the experimental group. Results In control group, the surgical siteinfection ratewas 0.67%, the Type Ⅰ incisioninfection rate was 0.98%,the Class A healing rate was 93.09% and the qualified rate of operating coat management was 75%, while in experimental group those were 0.67%、 0.13%、98.78%and 98%. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Refined management of infection indexes and intelligent dressing behavior management can promote the control of surgical site infections and regulate the medical practice of the medical staff.
