摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC指纹图谱技术研究“虎杖叶药材-虎杖叶胶囊”化学成分的相似性。方法:采用HPLC法测定虎杖叶药材和虎杖叶胶囊样品,利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对其进行整体指纹图谱分析,计算相似度。结果:建立了16批样品的共有图谱,提取11个色谱峰作为指纹图谱共有峰,除虎杖叶3号药材外,其余15批样品的相似度值均大于0.980。结论:虎杖叶药材和虎杖叶胶囊间的化学成分一致性较好。Objective:This study is to evaluate of the chemical constituents’ consistency between Folium Polygont Cuspitati and Huzhangye capsule by HPLC fingerprint technology.Methods:The samples were determined by HPLC method, the fingerprint data was analyzed to calculate their similarityby similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2004 A Version).Results:The fingerprints of sixteen samples were carried out by similarity comparison, and 11 chromatographic peaks were extracted as the common peaks of fingerprint, their similarity values were above 0.980 except for Folium PolygontCuspitati 8.Conclusion:The consistency of chemical constituents is good between Folium Polygont Cuspitati and Huzhangye capsule.
