摘　　要：目的:建立加味滋膵胶囊HPLC-DAD指纹图谱,用于评价其质量。方法:采用HPLC-DAD梯度洗脱,使用Thermo Syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈为流动相A,0.01%甲酸水为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为278 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2012版)处理18批样品色谱图。结果:建立了加味滋膵胶囊指纹图谱,标记13个共有峰。结论:建立的指纹图谱能有效全面地评价加味滋膵胶囊的质量。Objective:To establish fingerprint of Jiaweizicui Capsule by HPLC-DAD for quality evaluation.Methods:HPLC-DAD and the gradient elution wavelength technique were adopted for the study.The column was an Thermo Syncronis C18 (250×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1;the mobile phase A was acetonitrile,and B was 0.01% formic acid water;the detection wavelength 278 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the sample volume was 20 μL(18 batch Jiaweizicui Capsule were analyzed by"Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM"(2012 version).Results:Fingerprint of Jiaweizicui Capsule was established,and 13 common peaks were identified.Conclusion:The establishment of HPLC fingerprint provided an effective reference for the quality control of Jiaweizicui Capsule.
